Super Mario Galaxy - zašto je tako zabavan?
Why is Mario Galaxy so good and what can we learn from it? To borrow some terms from Nicole Lazzaro's four kinds of fun, Mario Galaxy has hard fun, easy fun, and social fun as well as the ability to evoke the emotions of surprise and wonder.

Super Mario Galaxy - review
In Galaxy, the illusion of flat surface is finally splayed out: what is life like on planets no bigger than large houses? The answer becomes clear as Mario bounds around orbs as though an athletic extra-terrestrial creature. Every quest you must complete transpires as you travel from planet to planet in search of your little stars, sixty of which will earn you the right to fight the final boss (and the whole 120 of which will offer you a seriously compelling reason to play through the game again).

Zašto je Super Mario Galaxy "super" ?
...blend of old school game values and brand new, modern gameplay mechanics, the game re-teaches some important lessons that a lot of us have forgotten in our thirsty pursuit for polygons and ever more detailed textures.

Super Mario Galaxy - SPONG review
Since Super Mario 64 appeared just over a decade ago, changing the way we play videogames and the way They make videogames, we’ve been waiting for Super Mario 64 2. And while Super Mario Sunshine was a massively entertaining quasi-sequel, building on the ground of Mario 64 but never quite plucking up the courage to ask for a new plot of land – Super Mario 64 Plus, if you like – it’s only now that we have a game truly fit to be classed as a Super Mario 64 2.

Super Mario Galaxy - GoNintendo review

Super Mario Galaxy is what you should be doing right now. Any moment of free time you have should be spent playing Galaxy. You need to experience this game, there’s no two ways about it. This is a humongous step for Mario titles, and an equally important step for gaming in general. This game deserves every moment of your time, and is the number one reason to own a Wii.

Super Mario Galaxy - jos jedan review
It will make you laugh with blissful joy, gasp in childlike shock, marvel at the inventiveness of the designers, and smile at the effort poured into making such a complete videogaming experience. It’s the kind of game that inspires feverish devotion, the kind of game that leads impressionable minds to nail their colours to the mast of a multi-billion-yen-earning corporation, and somehow make that seem like an entirely reasonable thing to do. It’s a game that’s been made with nothing but love and respect for its iconic protagonist, and nothing but love and respect for the people that play it. It’s an absolute, God’s-honest masterpiece.

Super Mario Galaxy - recenzije
Gamervision
The game is the closest to perfection in the history of the Mario franchise, but it is still a Mario title. Mario games are wonderful and full of whimsy but this doesn't break far enough from the old ones to really be considered a 10. Some small issues with the camera keep it from perfection as well, but this is about as close as any platformer will get. It does what Super Mario Brothers did for the NES and what Super Mario 64 did for the N64. Here it is, folks, this is the reason the Wii was made. Enjoy it when it hits shelves on November 12th in America.

Each Dome sports around five galaxies for you to traverse, each with very different terrain. Unlike Sunshine, where you're mainly visiting different versions of the same resort, you'll be exploring tons of different places, so you're never stuck with any unimaginative worlds or ones that look the same as those you've already been to. There are the usual fire galaxies - complete with flowing lava and volcanoes, forest galaxies where you'll converse with bees and even become one yourself, ice worlds where everything is frozen and you'll have to avoid the freezing cold water, etc..
