Super Paper Mario - N-Europe review
In the Paper Mario universe, players take control of the titular hero in a world that is almost totally played in the second dimension. This game adds a unique twist by allowing Mario to enter the third dimension to solve puzzles, find hitherto hidden pathways and secret passages. Amusingly, baddies can be easily avoided in this plane as they are mostly two dimensional themselves. Some exist in this dimension as well as the 2D so care has to be taken when “flipping” between the two. Also of note is that Mario can only spend a limited time in this pseudo third dimension before his health starts to decline, making every exploratory journey a calculated risk for the player.
Konacno smo dobili i zvanican datum izlaska u Evropi - 14. Septembar.

Space Station Tycoon - N-Philes intervju
N-Philes: How is Space Station Tycoon different compared to other tycoon games? What exactly the player has to do to build up their space-faring financial empire?
Brent: There are a lot of tycoon games out there. They come in a wide range of quality and features so it’s pretty hard to compare this game to the entire genre. However, we certainly have put some unique features in Space Station Tycoon. We have wrapped the entire game in a story filled with wacky characters. We have even gone so far as to create just under a half hour worth of funny cut scenes in addition to a ton of entertaining in-game dialog. Space Station Tycoon is level based but the levels don’t have to be played in an exact order. Each level has a set of goals and so the game becomes more of a strategic puzzle. You must figure out how to best accomplish the goals in each of these levels. We also have many other features that aren’t typically found in a tycoon game, such as boss fights, multiplayer co-op and other interesting stuff.

Dewy's Adventure - 1up preview
Using temperature controls to your advantage is an important part of attacking enemies efficiently. Many can be stunned by your cloud form's lightning powers, and then easily dispatched with your spinning ice attack. For regular baddies, either extreme temperature attack works far better than the default butt stomp

Big Brain Academy - review
The games on offer are nowhere near as mentally arousing as those in Brain Training. The main game is broken down into five main categories: Identify, Analyse, Memorise, Compute and Visualise – and each is split into three sub-groups for the tasks, with examples being pop the balloons from the one with the lowest number to the highest; knock out the numbered blocks so that those remaining add up to the number stated; watch red and blue balls fall into a basket and figure out if the same amount went in or if more blue or reds did; and remember the series of noises, words or numbers shown on the screen and then re-input them…but in reverse order.

Metroid Prime 3: Corruption - Kotaku preview
![]()
I spent quite a bit of time playing Metroid Prime 3 at last year's E3, so this year I only had two goals in mind: Confirm no one had fucked it up and check out this new free-aiming lock-on dealio. I am happy to report that the game still plays quite well and is a bit more of what it was at last year's E3.

Metroid Prime 3: Corruption - CVG preview
...the tightest and wisest Wii FPS setup yet. With varying levels of invisible box-dom, we select advanced - a tight invisible box with near one-to-one pointer/perspective shifting. She turns just when you would want her to turn - all that mouse-and-keyboard-equalling big talk is justified. When you see how the aiming speed lets you juggle cargo crates in the air with rapid blasts, you may as well stamp your old GameCube pads to pieces - you won't be going back.

Zack & Wiki - Kotaku hands-on
The E3 demo of Capcom's Zack & Wiki: Quest For Barbaros' Treasure was a much more fleshed-out affair than what was shown at Capcom's Spring Gamers Day. It also happened to be a much more awesome affair, with an expanded set of playable locations showing off the puzzle adventure game's more diverse, non-jungle environments.

Dewy's Adventure - preview
From the creators of the fan favorite Elebits comes a brand new Wii game, Dewy's Adventure. Much like Konami's previous effort, this Wii-exclusive game attempts to fully utilize the Wii Remote in a much-too-cute universe. Like many other Wii titles, the game focuses on tilt controls: when tilting the Remote, the world will move, causing the titular character to slip and slide through the world. Although the controls are familiar, Dewy's Adventure offers many unique aspects to make it an enjoyable experience.
